WHERE TO, AND FOR WHO?
Whether it be to a destination already listed in my
photography tour calendar, or others such as Iceland,
Japan, India, Zimbabwe and so on, I can customize any tour
to your specifications.
This service is designed for Camera Clubs, Photographic
Societies, or groups of friends or folk preferring to travel
alone.
DISCOUNTS
Customized groups
of 4 or more benefit
from a discounted rate of 10%
based upon our regular trip pricing as per the trips listed under
photography tour calendar. For groups of 3 or less, the small
group supplements still apply!
Client loyalty discounts of
$100 to $200 still apply for all previous clients. Go here

Is there a 'non-photographer' spouse/significant-other that would
like to accompany you? Yes?, then they are welcome to join you and
get a 5 to 10% discount on their cost. For more details go
here.
If things aren't clear then feel free to request a
quote. Please include details such as the trip location, length
of trip, and how many people you expect to make up your group.
ITINERARIES
Please note that an existing itinerary can be tweaked at no
charge, but should you want a completely new itinerary a $250
deposit is required before I put everything together for you.
The $250 is applied to your total cost if you take the
trip, but is non-refundable if you cancel.
Please be aware that I do not have the resources to freely assemble
itineraries unless you are completely serious about photo travel with Travel
Images. To this end a non-refundable $250 deposit is required before
proceeding with step two, see below, but is applied to your total cost if you take the
trip.
DEPOSITS
'By request' deposits are 50% for any size of group once you have
agreed to the quoted rate and the outline of your customized
itinerary. Until your deposit has been received your requested dates
cannot be reserved. All other terms and conditions apply as outlined
here except for credit card/online deposits. There is a 3%
credit card fee for US based clients, and 4% for international
clients. To avoid the fees you can pay your deposit by check.
HOW TO A EARN FREE TRIP FOR YOURSELF
This applies to trips of over 7 nights, and a minimum of 6
people including yourself. Discounts per person do not apply if you
choose this option.
Before you round up your friends with a sharp spear, I
first need to know to know where you intend to travel, for how long,
and how many people do you expect in your group including yourself.
Once I have an outline of these basic facts, I can then make a
commitment to you in writing.
If your group number falls short of the size you proposed,
we will revert to giving each client a 10% discount plus any other
applicable discounts.
YA' JUST GOTTA GET OUT OF TOWN SOON?!
Please know that I can assemble a custom trip at very
short notice. Just ask as I have a 'can do' attitude!

photography clients if you happen to have a small group, or if you request I do
so. Generally though, 3 or more participants works best for everyone from an
economic standpoint.
THE STEPS . . .
STEP 1: Send an
e-mail with the information below
included. With those details I
can estimate costs and provide a quote. Nothing is booked at this time, and the
trip details provided will constitute of the number of nights for your
trip, the overnight locations, and the cost estimate.
In your email please include:
Your
name, address, and phone number
When?:
Time of year, and a second option
Where
to?: One destination or several?
Existing
itinerary?: If so, which one?
How
long for?: A few days? 2 weeks? More?
Number
of people in your group?: Costs decline with each additional traveler
Your
specific interests?: Landscape? Nature? Urban? Wildlife?
Preferred
pace of trip?: One night in each spot? More thorough?
Air fares:
I recommend you book these yourself, though I can do so on request
Anything
else I should know?: With detailed information I can quote quickly and
accurately.
STEP 2: If you approve of the quote we can
then move onto step two which requires an
enrollment form and a $250 deposit. To accomplish this I will
most likely request a little more detail to finish the step 2 outline. It is also fine to add or subtract days to suit your
travel goals and budget at any time, as I will of course, compile the
itinerary best suited to your preferences.
STEP 3: After your 50% deposit is
received I will finalize the itinerary and reserve rooms, flights, land
transport etcetera.
Important:

o Deposits can be made online
here. I also
accept credit card payments over the phone or via e-mail. Checks also accepted.
o Clients are met at the gateway airport closest to the given
destination
o I lead all trips myself except for the larger groups when I will
bring along an assistant/s.
o I welcome requests to change the dates or itinerary etcetera, at
any time.
